Account Deletion

TideStrike supports in-app account and data deletion for signed-in users.

How to delete your account

In the TideStrike app:

Sign in to your TideStrike account.
Open Account and About TideStrike.
Open Account and Data Deletion.
Confirm the deletion request.

What deletion covers

Account and data deletion is intended to delete:

Your Cognito sign-in identity for TideStrike.
Your TideStrike account profile.
Your entitlement row and account state.
Your custom stations.
Your favorite stations.
Your Fishing Journal entries.
Your Fishing Journal photo metadata.
Your private Fishing Journal photo objects.
Associated private app data unless retention is legally required.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot sign in or cannot access the in-app deletion flow, email TideStrikeApp@gmail.com for help. You may need to provide enough information to identify the account and confirm that the request is authorized.

Important note

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted accounts cannot be restored through the app.
